STAR Management Patricia Ferricks

Patricia Ferricks graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor’s Degree in Child Development and Family Relations.  As Director of the YWCA Child Development Program in Harrisburg, she led the center to a NAEYC accreditation.  Shortly after, Patricia relocated to Pittsburgh where she worked for the CCIS of Allegheny County. During her seven years of employment, she monitored funding for low income and former TANF families and worked closely with parents, practitioners, and various agencies. 

Patricia currently resides in Beaver County with her husband and two children.
