STAR Management Agnes Jell

Agnes Jell supports family and group providers in Crawford, Erie and Mercer Counties.  She has a B.S. in Biology from Gannon University, with teaching certification in Biology/General Science.  She has held a variety of positions at Northwest Institute of Research, most recently, Grant and Support Specialist with the Northwest Regional Key.  She resides in Millcreek with her husband, two children, and the dog.
